I think it’s fine. The head shaking would be worrying if it was frequent, but assuming that a video made of clips is a representative sample of how often it occurs, it was likely just part of play here. 

The head shaking is self-restraint :) as in “I want to bite into my prey item & rip it up, but it’s just a toy” Instead of destroying something with their teeth, they just snap their heads back & whip them about. Quite cute! My cats do it constantly.
